Welcome to AD TRACTOR LTD. These rules (the “Terms”) tell you how to use our website (www.adtractorltd.com) and how to buy and sell machines and tools from AD TRACTOR LTD.

You agree to follow and be bound by these Terms when you use our website, place an order, or use our services. Please do not use our website or services if you do not agree with any part of these Terms.

  1. Goods and services

The main thing that AD TRACTOR LTD. does is buy and sell new and used vehicles, construction tools, and heavy machinery. Product descriptions, specs, and pictures are just for your reference. They may be a little different based on availability, model year, and configuration.

Even though we do our best to make sure all the information is correct, AD TRACTOR LTD can fix any typos or technical issues at any time and without notice.

  1. Costs and Payment

Unless otherwise mentioned, all prices are shown in GBP (£). Shipping, security, duties, and taxes are not included in the price unless otherwise agreed upon.

Payments must be made through a bank transfer or another way that has been approved. Orders are not handled until they are fully paid for or a deposit is agreed upon and sent.

TRADING L.P. can take items off the market or change the prices of items at any point.

  1. Confirmation of Order

When AD TRACTOR LTD gets paid, they’ll send you a Proforma Invoice and Order Confirmation that lists the thing you bought, the amount of money you paid, and when you can expect it to be shipped.
Unless agreed upon in writing, once a sale is confirmed, it’s done.

  1. Delivery and shipping

AD TRACTOR ships all over the world through trusted transportation partners. Travel times vary on where the package is going, how it is shipped, and how customs processes work.

We do everything we can to make sure the package gets delivered on time, but we’re not responsible for delays caused by goods carriers, port officials, customs, or things we couldn’t have prevented.

Once the buyer gives the things to the shipping company, they take on the risk.

  1. Checking and making sure

Before it is shipped, all machinery is checked, tried, and confirmed. Before buying, buyers should ask for photos, inspection reports, and information about the state.

Once the goods have been shipped, AD TRACTOR LTD. will not accept claims for differences in condition unless proof of misrepresentation or a defect that wasn’t revealed before shipment is shown.

  1. Returns and money back

Because of how heavy tools and exporting work, all sales are final. You can only get a return or refund if the seller lied about something or there was major damage that wasn’t mentioned.
Any return that is approved will be sent within 14 business days of the agreement.

  1. Warranty Plans

All machines are sold “as-is” and without a warranty, unless otherwise mentioned.
If the manufacturer’s warranty is still valid, it will be given to the buyer as soon as possible. AD TRACTOR LTD. will not be responsible for problems with function or wear that happen after shipment.

  1. Limitation of Responsible Party

They won’t be responsible for:

Damages that are indirect, unintentional, or consequential

Loss of money or stopping of business

Wait times caused by third-party transport or customs procedures

The most we’ll ever be responsible for is the amount you paid for the goods.
