REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Clear product information, fair resolutions, and consumer law compliance are our priorities at AD TRACTOR LTD Our Refund & Returns Policy describes when we accept returns, cancellations, and refunds for machines, vehicles, equipment, parts, and associated commodities. Please read this policy with our Shipping Policy and Terms and Conditions.

1. Statutory rights

This policy does not limit your legal rights.

UK online shoppers can cancel qualifying items within 14 days of receipt, subject to authorised limitations. Additional legal rights may apply if items are defective, damaged, misrepresented, or delivered.

2. Our normal return window

For valid return requests, AD TRACTOR LTD offers a 30-day return window in addition to your statutory rights.

Returns, refunds, and valid cancellations must be requested in writing within 30 days of delivery.

Even if they conflict with this policy, UK consumer cancellation rights apply.

3. Pre-shipment cancellations

To cancel orders before shipment, please write to info@trading-lp.com. We will confirm cancellation and reasonable non-recoverable fees before shipping an order, where authorised by law and notified in advance.

4. Post-delivery returns

The following situations allow returns or refunds:
A. Damaged, faulty, misrepresented, or incorrect goods

If: You may be eligible for a repair, replacement, discount, or refund.

– The item delivered differs from the product description, invoice, or agreed documentation. The wrong item was supplied – There is a significant undisclosed defect before dispatch – The item arrives with handling or packaging damage, subject to review of evidence

Photos, video, and supporting documents should be sent with any such claim as quickly as possible, preferably within 48 hours for transit-related concerns and within the 30-day return timeframe for any other qualifying issues. This reporting preference does not reduce your statutory rights for defective or misdescribed goods.
B. Consumer cancellations and changes of mind

UK consumers can cancel orders within the allowed cancellation time. AD TRACTOR LTD may also accept qualifying non-fault returns within 30 days, subject to this policy.

5. Non-returnable items

Except as required by law, returns and cancellations are not accepted:

Returns are requested outside the return or cancellation window.
If the item has been used beyond reasonable inspection, altered, dismantled, repaired, or modified after delivery, damaged by improper storage, misuse, offloading, installation, operation, neglect, accident, or handling by the buyer or third parties, wear and tear, routine maintenance, consumable parts, or minor cosmetic marks consistent with age, prior use, or disclosed condition, or the buyer failed to f
Items created to the customer’s specifications, visibly customised, or exempt from cancellation under relevant law.

Write non-returnable categories explicitly and consistently in Merchant Center and on your website.

6. Pre-shipment inspection

Before shipment, machinery and equipment may be inspected, prepared, serviced, and recorded. Before shipment, photos, videos, reports, or sales documents can be used to verify product condition and specifications.

Pre-shipment approval does not waive legal rights.

Provide your name, order number, and product specifications.
Reason for request: photos, videos, delivery notes, and other relevant proof.

Return instructions will be provided if your request is accepted. Google wants a clear, accessible return/refund policy on your website, so make it easy to discover in your footer or help pages.

8. Return shipping expenses

In accordance with applicable law, we shall assess the appropriate remedy if items are returned because they are damaged, not as described, or the wrong item was supplied, including covering or reimbursing reasonable return expenses.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the customer may be responsible for return transport, collection, loading, insurance, and related fees for change-of-mind cancellations or non-fault returns.

Return transport expenses may be high for heavy machinery and industrial equipment due to its size.

9. Refunds

Refunds are made using the original payment method unless otherwise approved.

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving returned products or providing appropriate proof of return.

If the item is returned with handling beyond what is reasonable to check it, we may reduce the refund to reflect any value loss according to legislation.

Refunds may exclude:

Charges for improvements or optional services previously completed, customer error, failed delivery, storage, customs delay, or denial of delivery, and any lawfully applied and well-justified deductions.

In UK consumer law situations, a 10-business-day return deadline must be followed without delay and meet legal requirements.

10. Exchanges, replacements

We may give a repair, replacement, exchange, or partial refund instead of a full refund if the issue is small, repairable, or confined to a component.

11. Business buyers

Business purchases may have varied cancellation and return rights, depending on the contract, invoice terms, and law.
